Zinc SAP ^TM contains an easily absorbable form of zinc, the so-called zinc picolinate. Long-term use of high doses of zinc can lead to copper deficiency. Zinc SAP ^TM contains a small dose of copper to prevent possible deficiency.

Recommended dosage:
1 capsule daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking medication. If you want to use it for longer than 3 months, you should ask your therapist.
