Dosage and intake of Cell Basic Sticks:

Tear open a stick and allow the powder contents to dissolve in your mouth:
At the beginning, take 1 stick 3 times throughout the day. Allow the powder to dissolve in your mouth so that the Schüssler salts are absorbed through the oral mucosa.
Increase the daily intake to 3 sticks 3 times over the course of 10 days.

Particularly practical: dissolve the powder from 1 stick in water.
To do this, dissolve 1 stick in 250 ml of water and take it in small sips.
Each sip should be kept in the mouth for as long as possible to absorb the minerals through the oral mucosa.
Repeat this process in the afternoon and evening.
Slowly increase the amount taken over 10 days to up to 3 sticks per 250 ml of water.

Duration of use:
