1 capsule contains: vitamin C from rosehip extract 80 mg (100% RDA)*, coenzyme Q10 50 mg, resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum 40 mg, AstaZine® from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae 4 mg.

Recommended Daily Intake

Adults: 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
