Intake:
Stir the contents of 1-3 sticks into 100-200 ml of cold water or a cold drink of your choice, e.g. orange juice, every day and consume immediately. Alternatively, put the powder directly on the tongue.

Important:
Only use cold liquid, otherwise the sensitive ingredients contained in it may be damaged. Please drink the drink as quickly as possible, as the powder should not begin to swell. It is particularly easy to digest when taken with a meal. Note that the metabolism adjusts slowly, so the effects do not appear immediately.

Tips:
Drink a glass of liquid afterwards and rinse the glass immediately, otherwise powder residues will dry out and be difficult to remove later. You can also stir the powder into other fruit or vegetable juices, smoothies or yoghurt, consume it immediately and drink a glass of liquid afterwards.

Stomach sensitivity:
If in exceptional cases stomach discomfort occurs initially, the recommended dosage should be reduced to one stick and slowly increased to the individual dosage over the next 1-2 weeks.

Yellowing of urine:
The vitamin B2 contained in the powder turns the urine yellow. This is only a small excess that is excreted in the urine. The color returns to normal over the course of the day. This is not a sign of a negative side effect.
