We recommend Urbase II base powder to be taken twice a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening before meals. To do this, stir a level measuring spoon (included) into a glass of water and drink it. You can use Urbase II until it is used up. The recommended daily amount must not be exceeded. We recommend the intake of minerals as part of the gradual intake of Urbase I, Urbase II and Urbase III.
