Ingredients:
Shea butter (Butyro spermum parkii), palm fat (Elaeis guineensis), arnica flowers (Arnica montana), horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), spruce needles (Picea excelsa), juniper berries (Juniperus communis ), calamus root (Acorus calamus), thyme (Thymus serpyllum), cheese poplar (Malva sylvestris), chamomile (Chamomilla recutita), marigold (Calendula officinalis), moor (Marsh), alcohol (Alcohol), rice starch (Oryza sativa).

Recommended consumption:
Apply cream 3 - 5 times daily as needed.
