Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults take 2 ARDEYTROPIN® tablets daily (equivalent to 1 g tryptophan).
After consulting your doctor, this dose can be increased to up to 4 tablets ARDEYTROPIN® (equivalent to 2 g tryptophan).
Take the tablets 20-30 minutes before bedtime.
