Indications:
ICHTHOLAN® 10% ointment is used to treat superficial inflammatory skin conditions. ICHTHOLAN® ²⁰ % ointment is used to ripen boils and superficial abscesses. ICHTHOLAN® ⁵⁰ % ointment is used to ripen boils and abscesses and as supportive treatment for gonarthrosis, as well as for contusions and sprains. The black drawing ointment loosens the skin barrier and draws pus to the skin's surface, allowing it to drain more easily. Additionally, the black drawing ointment relieves pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee, bruises, and sprains. The highly concentrated black drawing ointment ICHTHOLAN® ⁵⁰ % is used when inflammation has spread extensively and pus has accumulated deep in the skin, such as in boils and abscesses. ICHTHOLAN® 50% is applied thickly to the affected area and covered with an occlusive plaster or bandage. Important for purulent skin inflammations: Above all, act immediately to prevent the inflammation from spreading and avoid needing a doctor!
