Vitamin C, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid (folate), niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

  • Orthomol Vital f ® in the form of granules contains carbohydrates. In the case of glucose tolerance disorders, use only under careful metabolic control. The carbohydrates contained (10.4 g per daily portion) are readily available.
  • Orthomol Vital f ® contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), please speak to your doctor before taking it.
