How to take metaharonga®?
Always take metaharonga® exactly as directed in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor, alternative practitioner or pharmacist if you are not quite sure. Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and children over the age of 12 in acute conditions take 5 drops every half to full hour, up to a maximum of 6 times a day.

Use for more than a week should only be done after consultation with a doctor or naturopath experienced in homeopathy. In chronic forms, take 5 drops 1-3 times a day.

Type of application:
It is best to take metaharonga® with some liquid. For correct dosing, the bottle should be held at an angle of about 45° when dripping.
