Soya lecithin Berco is a dietary supplement containing phospholipids and 33 g of polyunsaturated fatty acids per 100 g, mostly as linoleic acid.
Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels, with a positive effect occurring with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid.
