The following intake plan is recommended, for example, for the Solunate spring cure.

Drink daily in a little water, sip by sip in the morning or throughout the day:
Solunat No. 9: 1 x daily in the morning 10 drops
Solunat No. 16: 1 x daily at noon 10 drops
Solunat No. 8: 1 x daily in the evening 10 drops

Alternative intake: Drink 10 drops of SOLUNAT in 1 litre of good tap water during the day. This makes it easier to take and ensures that you drink enough.

The duration of the Solunate spring treatment is 4-6 weeks.
The treatment can be carried out twice a year (spring and autumn).
