APPLICATION
Apply the plaster before going to bed, during the day or before sporting activities.

1. To ensure the plaster adheres optimally, we recommend cleaning the surface of your nose before applying it and then drying it.

2. Then take the plaster out of the packaging and remove the protective cover.

3. Stick the plaster over your nose and press it onto the surface of your nose for a few seconds to ensure it adheres perfectly.

WARNINGS
• Do not use on irritated skin.
