Recommended dosage:
1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid. As a course of treatment, a period of at least 8 weeks is recommended. As an intensive course of treatment for 1-2 weeks, e.g. during and after taking antibiotics, take 3 capsules daily. If you are taking antibiotics at the same time, leave a gap of 3 hours between taking them.
