R-Alpha-Liponsäure is supplied as Bio-enhanced® Natrium‑R‑Lipoat, the biologically active and stabilised form of alpha‑lipoic acid. Each capsule contains 100 mg of the active ingredient and is encased in a vegetarian Pullulan capsule. Recommended intake is one to two capsules daily on an empty stomach with water. Ingredients include Natrium‑R‑Lipoat, rice concentrate and a plant‑based capsule shell. The product is packaged in a bottle of 100 capsules (0.55 g each). Made from sodium R-lipoate, the biologically active and stabilized form of alpha-lipoic acid. Alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that is both water- and fat-soluble and effective throughout the body, including the brain. Our bodies produce small amounts of alpha-lipoic acid, but production decreases with age.

Recommended intake:
1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably on an empty stomach with water, or as directed. If taking 2 capsules, spread them out throughout the day.
