Pueria Uno Active 60 capsules

Pueria Uno Active dietary supplement contains methylated folic acid, vitamin D, iodine, and DHA, which, according to the guidelines of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, are recommended for pregnant women*. The preparation also contains choline, vitamins B6, and B12. Folate, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Choline, Iodine, DHA.

Application

Pueria Uno Active is a dietary supplement intended for adult women planning a pregnancy and those pregnant up to 12 weeks. The preparation comes in the form of two different capsules: one with vitamins and minerals and one with Omega-3 acids.

Recommended Daily Portion

Women planning a pregnancy and those pregnant up to 12 weeks: 1 capsule with vitamins and minerals + 1 capsule with DHA and EPA daily.

Ingredients

Capsules with vitamins and minerals: choline bitartrate (choline); capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6); Calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid); potassium iodide (iodine); cholecalciferol (vitamin D); methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
Capsules with DHA and EPA: omega-3 triglycerides from fish (including DHA and EPA); capsule: beef gelatin; humectant: glycerol.
1 capsule with vitamins and minerals contains: folic acid 800 µg (400%)****, vitamin D 50 µg (2000 IU) (1000%)****, vitamin B6 1.9 mg (136%)****, vitamin B12 2.6 µg (104%)****, iodine 200 µg (133%)****, choline 130 mg. 1 capsule with DHA and EPA contains: DHA 300 mg, EPA 60 mg.
