: Adults: 1 capsule daily.

Ingredients:

Choline bitartrate (choline), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), potassium iodide (iodine), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
1 capsule contains: folic acid 800 µg from: calcium L-methylfolate 400 µg (400%)*, pteroylmonoglutamic acid 400 µg, vitamin D 50 µg (2000 IU) (1000%)*, vitamin B6 1.9 mg (136%)*, vitamin B12 2.6 µg (104%)*, iodine 200 µg (133%)*, choline 130 mg.
