Ingredients:
Lactose (= milk sugar), gelatin (= capsule shell), propolis extract (40 mg per capsule), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule per day with liquid.

This product contains propolis. If you are hypersensitive to propolis or balsam of Peru, this product must not be taken.
