Recommendation Plantago ovata, BEKUNIS Organic Indian psyllium husks for use:

Adults and children from 12 years
2 x daily 3 g (approx. 1 slightly heaped teaspoon) in approx. 200 ml water, stir well,
let it swell for 1-2 minutes and drink.

Children (6 to 12 years) take 3 g
dissolved in approx. 200 ml water once a day.
