Phallosan Forte
System for penis enlargement, penis lengthening and penis straightening.

Purpose and indications:
Phallosan Forte is recommended for the treatment of:

• Penis enlargement/penis lengthening
• Congenital/acquired penile curvature and Peyronie's disease (IPP).
• Erectile dysfunction and impotence.

Package contents:

1. Elastic belt that goes around the waist, including a foam ring into which the penis is inserted up to the base. A sliding buckle allows you to adjust the belt length, and an adapter on the belt connects to the suction cup unit.

Preparation for use:
Strap:
Please unfold the Phallosan forte orthopedic strap in front of you and adjust it to its maximum length using the sliding buckle (B).

Selecting the suction cup/sealing cuff:
Determine your correct suction cup size using the enclosed measuring template. Pull the flaccid penis away from the body and measure along the shaft. The size L cup is already connected to the size L sealing cuff and the tension fork with spring mechanism in the set. If you require a different size, remove the tension fork. Now take the appropriate cup and attach it using the suction pump, which only locks into place in the position indicated by the arrow symbol. Place the suitable sealing cuff over the rim of the cup and reattach the tension fork. When attaching it to the cup, ensure that the rim of the cup engages in the groove of the sealing cuff at its thicker end. If the sealing cuff is pulled too far over the bell's rim, it will tear.

Please note that the sealing cuff loses its coating after a few days. Therefore, you should purchase baby powder and apply it to the outer surface of the sealing cuff. This will form a protective layer that prevents the sealing cuff from abrasion, sticking, and tearing. Clamp the suction cup between your knees. Carefully roll the sealing cuff 1 cm towards the edge of the suction cup, applying gentle tension, and then tuck it behind the bell's rim. Please be careful and do not damage the sealing cuff with sharp fingernails or similar objects. Do not pull too hard when rolling it back.

Special features of the new Phallosan forte sealing cuff:
The Phallosan forte sealing cuffs are made of medical-grade silicone, thus eliminating the risk of irritation or allergic reactions. This innovation not only offers you greater comfort, but the sealing cuff also conforms uniquely to the penis. It is approximately 3 mm thick at one point, where it is attached to the bell; at its thinnest point, it is 0.3 mm thick to conform softly to the penis shaft. Your perfect suction cup is ready for use!

Protector cap:
Please remove the protector cap, which fits all penis sizes. Using the thumbs and fingers of both hands, gently pull the protector cap apart and slip it over the glans. It should fit snugly. It is important that as little air as possible remains at the tip of the glans after the cap is in place. It is advantageous to apply the protector cap to the penis when it is slightly erect. The protector cap is designed to protect the glans from the side effects of potentially excessive tension. Experienced users can discontinue using the protector cap after a few weeks.

All necessary preparations for use are now complete.

Application:

1. Now insert the penis, including the protector cap, into the suction cup and roll the sealing cuff off the bulge of the cup over the penis.
2. Turn the green tab on the suction pump valve to the suction symbol and activate the pump by pressing it several times with your finger. This will draw the glans further into the bell. The sealing cuff will then gently conform to the shaft of the penis.
3. Now, set the green tab of the valve on the suction pump to the lock symbol to maintain the micro-vacuum.
4. Now take the strap that is already spread out in front of you and place the white foam ring over the entire suction cup device until it rests against the base of the penis.
5. Now guide the end of the belt around your hip.
6. Turn the clasp of the drawstring with its open end towards your body and connect the two eyelets.
7. Increase the strap tension using the belt slider buckle until you see the penis stretch and the indicator light turns green. Ensure the strap runs diagonally upwards in the groin crease. Therefore, pull the strap upwards at the back of the buttocks towards the waist. If the strap is positioned at the level of the gluteal cleft, the tension will increase when sitting, which is undesirable.
8. You can now go about your normal daily life as usual, or wear Phallosan forte at night while sleeping, as blood circulation is not restricted at any time.

Ending the use:
First, remove the strap and turn the green indicator tab on the suction pump valve to the arrow symbol. The vacuum will be released. Please do not pull the sealing cuff apart with your fingers, as this will tear it immediately! Carefully roll the sealing cuff back towards the glans and remove the suction cup device.

Technical details:
Please keep in mind that this is essentially a suction cup with a seal. Therefore, the length of the sealing cuff extending over the shaft of the penis is not important. The sealing cuff is not designed to transfer force to the penis. Force is transmitted solely through the micro-vacuum that forms inside the cup. If you notice during use that the vacuum weakens slightly and the glans slips too far out of the cup, this can have several causes. In any case, air will enter. This can occur via the shaft of the penis if pubic hair has not been carefully removed or if a sealing cuff that is too loose was chosen. If necessary, remove any pubic hair from the penis. This can be done by shaving or using a mild depilatory cream.

Remedy:
Turn the green marker tab on the suction pump valve away from the lock symbol towards the suction symbol. Use this to draw the glans back into the bell and close the valve by turning the green marker tab back towards the lock symbol. If the glans still slips out of the bell, the cause is clearly the sealing cuff being too loose. You can adjust this to your individual size for maximum efficiency. For example, if you feel that the M bell is the right size, but the sealing cuff is too large on the shaft of the penis, you can place the S sealing cuff on the M bell. You can do the same with the L bell and the M sealing cuff. Under no circumstances should you place the S sealing cuff on the L bell. The material would tear.

Care instructions for Phallosan Forte:
The sealing cuff may and should be removed from the bell and, for hygienic reasons, should be washed with soap in lukewarm water.
Store the sealing cuff unrolled until you need it again. After each use, please remember to dust the outside of the unrolled sealing cuff with baby powder. The suction cup should also be cleaned daily as described above. Before cleaning, remove the suction pump by moving the green indicator tab on the pump's valve in the direction of the double arrow. Carefully pull the suction pump out of the suction cup. The suction pump must not come into contact with water or grease, as this will impair the function of the sensitive valves.

Step-by-step guide for precisely adjusting the tension of the strap to the connective tissue of the penis:

Foreword:
The body's connective tissue is dependent on individual genetic predisposition. We have therefore developed a traffic light system that allows you to precisely adjust the strap tension to your connective tissue. In any case, make sure to keep the tension in the lower green range initially. This will ensure you achieve optimal results in penis enlargement in length and girth without side effects.

Day 1:
Set the tension only in the lower green range and wear Phallosan for only 1 hour. Remove the strap and turn the green marker on the suction pump valve towards the arrow symbol. The vacuum will release. Carefully roll the sealing cuff back towards the glans and remove the suction cup device. Now examine the area on the penis between the urethral opening and the frenulum (the band of tissue connecting the foreskin to the glans). This is the most sensitive area of the penis. If this area has become reddish or swollen, the tension of the strap was too high. Discontinue use for the rest of the day. If you notice any changes to the penis, do not resume use until these have subsided.

Days 2 to 8:
If you were able to wear Phallosan forte the previous day without any discoloration or swelling in the area described, you can wear Phallosan for one hour longer. Increase the wearing time by one hour each day. After 8 days, the adjustment period is complete.

Phallosan can also be worn at night after the adjustment period. You will notice that the two symbols for pumping and closing have tactile bumps to allow pumping or closing even without visual contact. The sealing cuff expands during a nighttime erection; blood flow is not impaired, but rather improved. You will be enthusiastic about wearing Phallosan forte; the penis can become measurably longer and increase in girth within a few weeks. You will experience positive side effects such as increased sexual drive and desire.

Duration of use:
Phallosan should be worn daily for 8-10 hours, 6 days a week, but longer is also possible at any time!

Side effects/precautions:
The use of Phallosan forte is at your own risk, but is safe if the instructions for use are followed. However, especially during the first few weeks of use, excessive tension should not be applied to the penis. If swelling and/or blisters appear on the foreskin or glans, the strap tension is set too tight. It is essential to pause until the swelling or blisters have healed. Then, adjust the tension slightly. Occasionally, you may experience pressure pain on the shaft of the penis; this can result from the bulbous end of the sealing cuff resting on the silicone foam ring and thus causing pain. All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.

Remedy:
Roll the end of the sealing cuff back slightly from the silicone foam ring; the pressure pain will no longer occur. You can also distribute the tension of the strap across your body to reduce tension at the base of the penis. Grasp the strap at the connection point on the suction cup and apply the tension around your body to relieve pressure at the base of the penis. It sounds complicated, but it isn't; the tension is now distributed across the entire area of the strap.

Contraindications:
Do not use Phallosan forte after consuming alcohol, drugs, painkillers, sleeping pills, or sedatives, as your natural pain perception may be impaired, and you might not react to pain promptly. Also avoid using Phallosan forte if you have an infection or open wounds on your penis.

How do I accurately measure the length increase of my penis?
Please use a ruler. A tape measure is not suitable. Hold your penis straight away from your body (90 degrees) in a flaccid state. Place the ruler against the side of your penis, looking from above. Press the measuring tape against your pubic bone.
Important:
Determine your exact body weight without clothing before beginning the measurement. Any weight gain can cause a layer of fat to form, particularly in the pubic area around the penis. This layer of fat shortens the distance from the tip of the penis to the pubic bone, thus distorting (shortening) the measurement. Medical professionals refer to this as a "fat apron."

Phallosan forte
