Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA, pronounced pee-ya) is a naturally occurring fatty acid amide, a signaling molecule that can be produced in cells in response to certain stimuli. Some foods also contain small amounts of this substance, particularly eggs, peanuts, soy, (organic) meat, and fish.

Recommended intake:
For the first two months, take one capsule three times daily with a meal and plenty of water, or as directed. The daily dose can also be divided into two portions (e.g., two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening). If desired, the capsules can be opened, the contents placed on a spoon, and sprinkled under the tongue. Allow the powder to dissolve completely in the mouth.

After four months, you can decide:

• Continue taking 2 x 1 capsule per day.
• Limit intake to 1 capsule per day.
• to stop taking

If the result decreases after lowering the dose, it is recommended to increase the dosage back to 2 x 1 or 3 x 1 capsules per day.
