Directions - Adults & Children:

Blow your nose to clear nasal secretions before using OtriNatural Nasal Spray.
Remove the protective cap.
Hold the spray bottle upright and prime the pump by pressing it several times.
Lean over a sink and gently tilt your head to the right.
Carefully insert the spray nozzle into your left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum, and press the pump firmly.
Turn your head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
Remove the nozzle from the nostril, straighten up, allow the solution to take effect for a few seconds, and then blow your nose.
Repeat if necessary.
Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and wipe it dry. Do not share the spray with others, as this can spread infections.

Remove the protective cap.
Hold the spray bottle upright and press the pump several times to activate it.
Lay the baby on their back and gently turn their head to the right.
Carefully insert the spray nozzle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum, and press the pump firmly.
Gently turn the head to the other side and repeat the process in the other nostril.
Remove the spray nozzle from the baby's nostril, hold the baby upright, let the solution work for a few seconds, and then wipe the nose clean.
Repeat if necessary.
