Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin C, magnesium, manganese and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium. Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium contribute to maintaining normal muscle function.
