OROFAR MAX preparation is used orally in inflammation of the mouth and throat
with a sanitizing action and local anesthetic.

OROFAR MAX is a combination formulation containing Lidocaini - local anesthetic
and Cetylpyridinium Chloride - medicines that work antibacterial and antifungal.

Lidocaini hydrochloridum inhibits the formation and conduction of nerve impulses.
It works by blocking sodium channels, special structures in the membranes of nerve cells.
It acts on the end of the pain and the sensory nerves having fast onset of action.
It relieve sore throat and pain associated with inflammation of the oral cavity.

Cetylpyridinii chloridum compound has antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal agents.
It is used to treat inflammation of the oral mucosa, gums and throat.

OROFAR MAX Recommended Use:

Chew 1 tablet OROFAR MAX slowly in the mouth.

Acute inflammation of the mouth and throat:
1 tablet every 1 or 2 hours, depending on the severity of pain.

Milder inflammation of the mouth and throat:
1 tablet every 2-3 hours depending on the severity of pain.
Maximum dose is 6 tablets per day.
