Onligol Fiber – thoughtfully combined to support digestion.
Dietary supplement with psyllium husks and lactase.

Onligol Fiber – a source of fiber with a pleasant plum flavor
. A whole-grain muesli, a few nuts in the afternoon – fiber-rich foods are part of a healthy and balanced diet. However, the recommended daily amount is often not reached. Onligol
Fiber helps to increase fiber intake. This dietary supplement combines psyllium husks and lactase. It thus complements a plant-based diet – convenient to use and ideal for a conscious lifestyle. Dietary

fiber – more benefits than the name suggests.
"Fiber" refers to dietary fiber, which plays a central role in a healthy diet. These indigestible plant components support digestion and soften stools . Furthermore, a fiber-rich diet is beneficial because fiber increases satiety , contributes to better nutrient absorption , and serves as food for certain gut bacteria. Foods rich in fiber include: 3 • Nuts and seeds • Whole grain products • Legumes • Vegetables such as artichokes, black salsify, bell peppers, and edible mushrooms • Fruits such as berries, rhubarb, and pears . Despite this selection, the daily requirement for fiber is often not met. The National Nutrition Survey II shows that many people consume less than the recommended 30 grams per day. 1 Onligol Fiber provides a solution. This plant-based dietary supplement delivers fiber – easy to use and ideal for daily intake. 2 Plant-based fiber and enzymes – Onligol Fiber at a glance . Onligol Fiber combines soluble fiber from psyllium husks with two selected enzymes. Although the name psyllium husks might suggest small insects, they come from a plant and possess a special property: They can bind up to 50 times their own weight in water. 4 Thanks to their swelling capacity , these fibers increase in volume in the intestines, thus naturally supporting digestion. 4. In addition, Onligol Fiber contains 2 enzymes that specifically contribute to nutrient utilization:

α-Galactosidase breaks down difficult-to-digest sugars from foods such as legumes 5
Lactase supports the breakdown and thus the digestion of lactose 6
