Okoubaka aubrevillei benefits:
Its main applications are for stomach upsets caused by poisoning and to boost the system in cases of tiredness, depression and allergies. The bark is used as a fish poison. In southern Nigeria Okoubaka aubrevillei is an important tree in religious ceremonies.

1 tablet contains: Active ingredient: 250 mg Okoubaka D2 Trit. (HAB, regulations 4a and 7).
Other ingredients:
potato starch, magnesium stearate.
Indication:
Okoubasan® D2 is a homeopathic medicine for diseases of the digestive organs.
This includes OKOUBASAN D 2 depression :
- Food intolerance
- acute diarrhea after food poisoning, infections of the gastrointestinal tract
- prophylactic in the event of a change in climate or diet, e.g. when traveling long-distance.
Properties:
The active ingredient in Okoubasan® is obtained from the dried astring of Okoubaka aubrevillei, a tree that is mainly native to West Africa. In folk medicine, the powdered bark was used internally as a detoxifying agent. So this old native remedy served as protection for the chiefs' taster. Okoubaka aubrevillei is still used today as an antidote for food poisoning and to heal infectious diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
Application:
In acute conditions, take 1 tablet every half an hour to a maximum of 6 times a day. The tablets can be sucked or swallowed whole. The intake is independent of the meal.

Precautions OKOUBASAN D 2 depression :
As there is no sufficiently documented experience on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the drug should only be used after consulting a doctor.
There is insufficient documented experience with the use of this medicinal product in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Warning:
Due to its lactose content, this medicinal product is unsuitable for patients with the rare occurrence of galactose intolerance, a genetic lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
