Naturell Brain is a dietary supplement


for children over 3 years of age and adults, created based on current research to support healthy brain function at various stages of life. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids play an important role in the proper functioning of the human body. The source of omega-6 fatty acids (GLA) is cold-pressed evening primrose seed oil. GLA from this plant source is characterized by good absorption and utilization by the body. Naturell Brain contains a high content of omega-3 fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which come from high-quality pelagic fish oil (sardines, anchovies, and mackerel, or a combination thereof, caught in the South Pacific from sustainable fisheries), i.e., fatty marine fish, as recommended by the Polish Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition (PTGHiŻD).

Recommended Daily Intake


Initial supplementation (first 3 months of use)

Children from 3 to 5 years of age: 3 capsules daily.

Children from 6 to 7 years of age: 4 capsules daily.

Children over 8 years of age and adults: 5 capsules daily.

Maintenance supplementation (3 months after initiation of use)

Children from 3 to 5 years of age: 2-3 capsules daily.

Children from 6 to 7 years of age: 2-3 capsules daily.

Children over 8 years of age and adults: 2-3 capsules daily.
