Active ingredient: 
Nettle root dry extract

1 film-coated tablet contains:
dry extract of nettle root 600.10 mg (7-14:1; extraction solvent: methanol 20% (v/)

Other ingredients: 
Cellulose powder, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), lactose monohydrate, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide, talc, iron(III) hydroxide oxide x _H₂O . 

Indications: 
Symptoms of urinary discomfort in cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in stages I to II according to Alken or II to III according to Vahlensick. 

Contraindications: 
Do not use in cases of: 
known hypersensitivity to nettle root or any other ingredients of the medicinal product. 

Special caution: 
Before treatment with this medication, a medical examination should be performed to rule out serious urinary tract diseases, including cancer screening. This medication only alleviates the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, without reducing the enlargement itself. Contains lactose.
If symptoms worsen or if fever, cramps, blood in the urine, pain during urination, or acute urinary retention occur, a doctor should be consulted immediately. 

Side effects: 

• (frequency not predictable): Gastrointestinal complaints (e.g., nausea, heartburn, bloating, flatulence, diarrhea) 
• allergic reactions (e.g., itching, rash, hives).
