Recommended intake:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily
• Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily
• Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule twice daily

The capsules should be taken 15 to 20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, unless you are intolerant to dairy products). The capsules can also be opened and dissolved in the drink. For optimal effect, a course of 5-6 weeks is recommended.
