Multi-Gyn ^® vaginal douche – for optimal intimate hygiene
Some women experience more intimate issues than others, such as vaginal discharge that smells bad or irritation in and around the vagina. With the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche you can perform a vaginal douche efficiently and gently. Optimize the balance of your vaginal flora and your intimate area in a gentle and natural way:

Using the Multi-Gyn ^® vaginal douche
1. Fill the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche with lukewarm water up to the upper edge of the ribbed end.
2. Split a Multi-Gyn effervescent tablet in half and dissolve both for the rinsing solution.
3. Screw the applicator onto the bottle once the tablet stops bubbling.
4. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina.
5. Squeeze the bottle gently to clean your vagina with the douche.
6. After use, rinse the Multi-Gyn Douche and applicator with clean, warm water and allow all components to air dry.



Instructions for using the Multi-Gyn ^® vaginal douche
• Never rinse the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche with hot or boiling water, otherwise it could become deformed.
• If you would like to become pregnant, you should refrain from using the intimate care product for up to three days after intercourse.
• The Multi-Gyn vaginal douche is not suitable as a contraceptive.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, it is advisable not to use a vaginal douche more than three times a week.
