Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 form a synergistic duo: Vitamin D promotes calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 ensures that calcium is incorporated in the right places. Our supplement combines 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) with 200 µg of Vitamin K2 in the all-trans menaquinone-7 (MK-7) form—the most stable and highly bioavailable form of K2. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps maintain normal bones and teeth. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting. This high-dose formulation is particularly well-suited for weekly intake.
