• Mobilat gel is a medicinal product containing as many as three active substances - mucopolysaccharide polysulfate, adrenal cortex extract and salicylic acid. The drug is indicated for topical use in the treatment of, inter alia, post-traumatic arthritis.

Composition of Mobilat, post-traumatic arthritis, mucopolysaccharide polysulfate, adrenal cortex extract, salicylic acid:

Active substances: mucopolysaccharide polysulfate (Mucopolisaccharidum polisulphatum), adrenal cortex extract (Suprarenal extract) and salicylic acid (Acidum salicylicum). 100 g of gel contains 0.2 g of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate, 1.0 g of adrenal cortex extract and 2.0 g of salicylic acid and auxiliary substances: edetate disodium, rosemary oil, ethanolamine, carbomer, propylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, purified water.

The composition of the drug for topical application contains as many as three active substances - mucopolysaccharide polysulfate, adrenal cortex extract and salicylic acid. Mobilat gel is indicated in the treatment of post-traumatic inflammation of joints and hematomas and in the treatment of pains that occur during movement and in overloaded muscles and tendons. Adrenal cortex extract has anti-inflammatory and anti-exudative properties. This action is supported by salicylic acid, which additionally has an analgesic effect, and facilitates the penetration of biologically active components of the drug into the tissues. Mucopolysaccharide polysulphate has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces local blood coagulability, thanks to which it increases tissue flow and accelerates tissue regeneration.

Application:
The medicinal product Mobilat gel is indicated for use in the treatment of post-traumatic inflammation of joints and hematomas and in the treatment of pain during movement and in overloading of muscles and tendons.

Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. In people with impaired kidney function, the doctor decides about the long-term use of the drug after a benefit-risk analysis. Contact with open wounds, eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided. Hands should be washed after applying the gel to the skin, unless the hands are the area to be treated. Use with other drugs: consult your doctor; salicylic acid may increase the absorption of other topical medications. Prolonged application over large areas of the skin may lead to an increase in the toxic effect of methotrexol and the hypoglycaemic effect of sulphonylurea. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult your doctor, however, it is not advisable to use this medicine on large areas of the skin in pregnant women or in breastfeeding mothers, unless the doctor decides that the therapeutic benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the baby. Breastfeeding mothers should not apply the drug to the breast area.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use if the patient has: chickenpox, vaccine reactions, fungal or bacterial skin infections, or other specific skin lesions in the area of ​​administration, e.g. tuberculosis, syphilis (only a doctor can decide whether to use the drug after a risk-benefit analysis ). Do not use in children (the possibility of using the drug can only be decided by a doctor after a risk-benefit analysis).

Some people may experience side effects when used. Local skin irritation and contact sensitization have been reported. If the side effects become severe, please consult your doctor.

Use as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the leaflet. The duration of use is determined by the doctor - it depends on the type and course of the disease. Apply topically to the skin. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, apply 1-3 times a day to the affected areas, apply a strip of gel 5-15 cm long at a time. If an occlusive dressing is used, the dose may be increased accordingly. After applying the gel, gently massage it into the skin. Long-term use over large areas should be under medical supervision.
