Dietary supplement based on the original Kräutermax recipe with artichokes, milk thistle, turmeric and choline.

The artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is a thistle-like plant from the daisy family (Asteraceae). Its important constituents are cynarin (bitter compounds) and luteolin (flavonoids). Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) also belongs to the daisy family (Asteraceae). Turmeric (Curcuma longa L., also known as yellow root) is a tropical mountain plant from India and Southeast Asia, belonging to the ginger family (Gingeraceae). Turmeric contains curcuminoids, which are pungent and bitter compounds.

• Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.

Recommended intake:
As a dietary supplement, swallow 1 capsule daily with liquid before a meal.
