Trimagnesium citrate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose E464 (capsule shell)

Recommended dosage:
Recommended daily dose for an adult: Swallow 3 capsules daily with some liquid.

Notes:
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. It corresponds to 80% of the recommended daily intake for adults according to the Food Information Regulation. If used as recommended, it lasts for approx. 83 days.
