L-arginine from BOMA Lecithin is a vegan dietary supplement in the form of an amino acid with zinc and chromium. The product contains 1200 mg L-arginine per daily dose and is supplemented by the two trace elements in the form of zinc L-pidolate and chromium picolinate, both of which have a high bioavailability.

What is L-arginine?
L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid. This means that the body can produce them itself, but the amount is not always sufficient. This nitrogen-rich amino acid is the precursor to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is an important messenger substance in the body and is involved in many numerous functions.

Nuts and legumes are good sources of arginine, but it is also found in beef and pork.
