Arnica, rosemary, comfrey

Apply the cream to the skin several times a day as needed and massage in well. The amount of cream required varies depending on the area of skin. We recommend a 4 cm strip of cream for an area of approximately 8 cm x 8 cm; for smaller areas, apply correspondingly less.
