IRON CAPSULES good for the blood
Iron plays an important role in our body. It carries, among other things:
- for the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin,
- to a normal oxygen transport in the body and
- contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The daily dose of 2 capsules "Iron - Good for the Blood" covers around 320 percent of the iron reference amount for the average adult (according to the Food Information Regulation) and 80 percent of the reference amount of vitamin C.
Iron is essential for our body
If our body is insufficiently supplied with iron, we usually notice this fairly quickly. We feel tired and exhausted, we lack the energy for daily tasks and we have difficulty concentrating and performing at our usual level. Overall, we feel weak and defeated.
Women are particularly susceptible to iron deficiency due to the high blood loss during menstruation. Likewise, people who have had major surgery may have low levels of iron in their blood due to blood loss. People who eat a vegan or vegetarian diet often also have difficulties absorbing a sufficient amount of iron, since plant-based iron cannot be utilized so well by our body.
IRON CAPSULES. A strong trio: iron and vitamin C plus PlantaVis cell protection complex
In addition to iron, our iron preparation also contains vitamin C, which is an important carrier of iron absorption. It is not only a question of how much iron we put into our body, but above all how much iron our body actually absorbs. The absorption of iron can be supported by vitamin C and/or foods containing citric or lactic acid.
Tip : Tea, coffee and calcium in milk can inhibit iron absorption. It is therefore advisable to avoid these drinks immediately after consuming iron-containing foods or dietary supplements.
