Recommended intake:
For intensive support, take 1 capsule twice daily with water for 1 week. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Do not use dietary supplements containing more than 10 mg of zinc for longer than a few weeks/months.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. If you are taking medication, you should only use this product under the supervision of a doctor. Because this product contains vitamin K, it is not suitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarin and phenprocoumon).
