Directions: Stir the contents of 1-3 sticks daily into 100-200 ml of cold water or a cold beverage of your choice, e.g., orange juice, and consume immediately. Alternatively, place the powder directly on your tongue.

Important: Use only cold liquid, as otherwise the sensitive ingredients may be damaged. Please drink the beverage as quickly as possible, as the powder should not begin to swell.
