INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Hepar sulfuris comp., liquid dilution for injection

Composition:
1 ampoule contains: Hepar sulfuris Dil. D5 0.1 g, Membrana sinuum paranasalium bovis Gl Dil. D5 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 41a). Other ingredients: sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, water for injections. Contains milk protein (from lactose).

Indications:
According to anthroposophical understanding of man and nature. These include: Subacute and chronic-recurrent inflammation of the paranasal sinuses.

Contraindications:
This medicine should not be used if you are hypersensitive to milk protein or donor animal protein.

Dosage and method of administration:
Unless otherwise prescribed:

• Children under 6 years of age: Inject 0.5 ml subcutaneously 3 times weekly to 1 to 2 times daily.
• Children from 6 to under 12 years of age: Inject 0.5 to 1 ml subcutaneously 3 times a week to 1 to 2 times a day.
• Adults and children 12 years and older: Inject 1 ml subcutaneously 3 times a week to 1 to 2 times a day.

Duration of use:
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If no improvement occurs within 2 days, consult a doctor. The duration of treatment of chronic illnesses requires consultation with a doctor.

Side effects:
If hypersensitivity reactions to foreign proteins occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medicine contains small amounts of milk protein and may therefore cause allergic reactions.
