Field of application:
Treatment and prevention of eye problems caused by hay fever (seasonal allergic conjunctivitis) in adults and children from the age of 4 years. Treatment of eye problems caused by allergies to substances such as house dust mites and animal dander (non-seasonal (perennial) allergic conjunctivitis) in adults and children 12 years and older.

Allergodil acute contains the active ingredient azelastine hydrochloride. This belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. Antihistamines prevent the effects of substances (such as histamines) produced by the body in connection with an allergic reaction. Azelastine hydrochloride has been shown to reduce inflammation in the eye.

Usage
Gently pull down the lower eyelid with clean hands and apply the drop carefully to the center of the lower eyelid. Let go of your lower eyelid and gently press your nose from the inner corner of your eye. Blink slowly several times to spread the drop over the eyeball. Repeat the process for the other eye.
