HAIR POWER Fenugreek Capsule Mixture
Recommended intake: 2 x 2 capsules daily

Ingredients: Capsule material: cellulose, silica (31%), millet extract (20%), fenugreek seed extract (20%), calcium D-pantothenate, niacin, zinc citrate, vitamin B1 as thiamine mononitrate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine, vitamin B2 as riboflavin, vitamin B7 as biotin, vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. They should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Fenugreek Tea/Seeds
Contents: 2 x 100g bags of fenugreek tea - seeds

Pour approximately 250 ml of cold water over about two heaped tablespoons of the seeds, let it steep for two to three hours, and then briefly bring it to a boil. The wait is worthwhile, as the fenugreek tea has a very aromatic flavor. Fenugreek seeds have a nutty, bitter taste. A little honey can be added to the fenugreek tea to round out the flavor.

Caution: Unheated (unactivated) fenugreek can cause hemolysis and damage red blood cells if overdosed. Therefore, heating and boiling the fenugreek is recommended.

Fenugreek Extract
Contents: 100ml fenugreek extract, medicinal brown glass bottle with pipette; 25% alcohol Extraction ratio: 1:3

Recommended dosage: 3 x 20 drops daily.

To use as an appetite suppressant, add a few drops of the liquid extract to approximately 100 ml of juice or water and drink it on an empty stomach. To use as a hair growth stimulant or for scalp treatment, apply the drops to the affected areas using the pipette.

Note: Use during pregnancy is not recommended. No alcohol will be sold to anyone under 18!
