It also cares about the proper level of its hydration. The oat component has a soothing and antipruritic effect, it reduces the scalp itch. In addition, it provides protection against UV radiation. The oat component strengthens the hair and prevents its brittleness. Shea butter works great on scalp and hair. It reduces redness and irritation of the scalp and also makes the hair more hydrated, more elastic.
