Recommended intake for adults:
1 tablet twice daily, about half an hour before meals with warm water.

Ingredients:
94% herbs (Indian myrrh, Bauhinia variegata, amla fruit, green beleric myrobalan fruit, myrobalan fruit, long pepper, Crataeva nurvala, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, Indian bay leaf, cinnamon), magnesium stearate, starch (corn/gluten-free), thickener (gum arabic), anti-caking agent (talc).

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.

Dose for adults:
1-2 tablet 2-3 times a day 1/2 hour before meals with warm milk or water.

Commiphora mukul (guggul) 471/1415 mg, Bauhinia variegata 227/682 mg, Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 45/136 mg, Terminalia belerica 45/136 mg, Terminalia chebula (haritaki) 45/136 mg. Starch rice. Piper longum (pippali) 22/68 mg, Crataeva nurvala 22/68 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 22/68 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 22/68 mg. Starch corn (organic glutenfree). Thickener acacia gum. Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom) 5/16 mg, Cinnamomum tamala 5/16 mg, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon cinnamon) 5/16 mg.
