Grape seed flour

Red grapes and products made from them (grape seed flour etc.) have one of the highest concentrations of OPC in nature. OPC is a very strong antioxidant.

Use: Replace approx. 7% of conventional flour with grape seed flour and experience the slightly nutty taste. Organic grape seed flour, for example, as a baking ingredient for bread, rolls, pizza, cakes, soups, desserts or as an addition to yoghurt, quark or muesli.
