GELUM (Tropfen) drops Active ingredient:
potassium – iron – phosphate – citrate – complex.

Gelum drops contain a potassium iron (III) phosphate citrate complex, which binds the digestive toxin ammonia during the passage through the intestine. In this way the liver is relieved. This mechanism of action of the medical product Gelum drops has been proven in cirrhosis of the liver (chronic liver disease) with minimal hepatic encephalopathy.

100 g contain 30.0 g of an aqueous solution of the potassium iron (III) phosphate citrate complex (KEPC), 3.0 g L (+) lactic acid (dextrorotatory lactic acid), 0.1 g potassium sorbate.
Gelum drops do not contain alcohol.
