Gelomyrtol forte is used for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis .
Gelomyrtol forte influenced secretion and coughing in respiratory diseases , liquefied compressed secretion ,
enhances the separation , to facilitate expectoration and has anti-inflammatory effect.
Ingredients: GeloMirtol 120 mg - one gastro-resistant capsule contains 120 mg standardised Myrtol, including at least 30 mg limonene (limonene), 30 mg cineole (cineole) and 8 mg .-pinene (pinene).
Dosing Gelomyrtol forte :

Adults and children over 10 years of acute inflammation take 1 capsule 3-4 times daily, for chronic diseases take 1 capsule 2 times a day, the dosage recommended
for maintenance therapy. Chronic bronchitis to facilitate morning cough take 1 capsule Gelomyrtol forte extra bedtime .


Capsules Gelomyrtol forte taken 1 hour before meals with a large amount of cold liquid . For better sleep last dose is taken before bedtime.

GELOMIRTOL FORTE Composition:

One gastro-resistant capsule GeloMirtol Forte contains:

Active substance: Myrtol Standardized 300 mg, comprising a minimum of 75 mg limonene (limonene), 75 mg cineole (cineole) and 20 mg a-pinene (pinene). Excipients: rapeseed oil, gelatin, glycerol 85%, hypromellose phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, dry matter of 70% sorbitol solution (non-crystallizing), hydrochloric acid 13%.

GELOMIRTOL FORTE Purpose:

GeloMirtol forte is used for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis and sinusitis.

GeloMirtol forte affects the secretion and cough in diseases of the respiratory tract, liquefies the condensed secretion, enhances its secretion, facilitates expectoration and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

GELOMIRTOL FORTE Pregnancy and lactation:

Although no teratogenic effects have been reported during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester, GeloMirtol / GeloMirtol forte should only be used after consultation with a physician. GeloMirtol / GeloMirtol forte may be excreted in human milk due to lipophilic properties.

Special warnings:

It contains glycerol, which in high doses can cause headache, stomach irritation and diarrhea. If after taking the drug the symptoms persist or the condition worsens, consult a doctor.

GeloMirtol / GeloMirtol forte should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product.

There are no known interactions with other drugs or foods.

Dosage:

Unless otherwise specified, the following instructions must be observed:

In acute diseases, adults and children over 10 years of age take 1 capsule of GeloMirtol forte 3-4 times a day; in chronic diseases take 1 capsule 2 times a day, and this dosage is recommended for longer treatment.

In chronic bronchitis, to facilitate morning expectoration, take an additional 2 capsules of GeloMirtol or 1 capsule of GeloMirtol forte in the evening before bedtime.

GeloMirtol Forte capsules are taken 1/2 hour before a meal with a large amount of cool liquid. For better sleep, take the last dose at bedtime.

The duration of treatment with GeloMirtol / GeloMirtol forte depends on the complaints. In chronic respiratory diseases, it is possible to take the drug for a long time.

Unwanted reactions:

In isolated cases, complaints may occur in the gastrointestinal tract, such as swelling, pain, nausea, diarrhea, as well as movement of gallstones and kidney stones.

In some cases, allergic reactions are observed /e.g. skin rash swelling of the face, shortness of breath or circulatory disorders /.
