Instructions for Use:
1. Pull the elastic part of the brace over your foot. See illustration for left ankle (right ankle: turn the brace inside out).
2. Wrap the compression band around the ankle as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
3. Attach the fastener to the bandage. Secure the compression band so that the bandage fits comfortably. Do not attach the bandage to the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes.

Care instructions:
Secure the compression band before washing. Hand wash with mild soap and warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
PLEASE DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
