FENUGREEK extract

Contents: 100ml fenugreek extract, medicinal brown glass bottle with pipette; 25% alcohol. Extraction ratio: 1:3

Recommended dosage: 3 x 20 drops daily.

To use as an appetite suppressant, add a few drops of the liquid extract to approximately 100 ml of juice or water and drink it on an empty stomach. To use as a hair growth stimulant or for scalp treatment, apply the drops to the affected areas using the pipette.
