The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

Type of application?
Apply the medicine to the oral mucosa.
Or: Apply the medicine to the gums.
Then rub the medicine in gently.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 1 week without medical advice. If the symptoms persist, you should see your doctor.

overdose?
An overdose can lead, among other things, to increased numbness in the area of ​​application to a drop in blood pressure, paleness and drowsiness. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

In general, pay attention to a conscientious dosage, especially for infants, small children and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautions.

A dosage prescribed by the doctor may deviate from the information on the package leaflet. Therefore, since the doctor adjusts them individually, you should use the medicine according to his instructions.

How does the ingredient in the drug work?

The active ingredient anesthetizes, but only locally. The substance prevents the nerves from transmitting stimuli and thus makes you insensitive to pain and numbs the itching.

Contraindications:

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients

Under certain circumstances - talk to your doctor or pharmacist about this:
- Heart failure, severe
- Cardiac arrhythmias, severe
- Limited kidney function
- Impaired liver function

What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: consult your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the drug can be used during pregnancy.
- Breast-feeding: consult your doctor or pharmacist. He will examine your particular starting position and advise you accordingly as to whether and how you can continue breastfeeding.

If you have been prescribed the drug despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit can be higher than the risk that the use involves in the event of a contraindication.

What should you consider?
- Be careful if you are allergic to local anesthetics (local anesthetics such as articaine, bupivacaine, lidocaine, mepivacaine, prilocaine, ropivacaine)!
- Be careful if you are allergic to preservatives (e.g. benzalkonium or cetylpyridinium)!
- Beware of allergies to spices, essential oils and turpentine oil!
- Beware of allergies to spices such as anise, mugwort, dill, fennel, carrot, coriander, cumin, paprika, parsley, celery and tomato!
- Be careful if you are allergic to the preservatives benzoic acid and benzoate (E number E 210, E 211, E 212, E 213)!
- Be careful if you are allergic to coumarins!
- Be careful if you are allergic to parabens, e.g. preservatives (E number E 214 - E 219) or as plant ingredients!
- Be careful if you are allergic to phenol (e.g. pyrogallol, triclosan and vanillin)!
- Beware of allergies to cinnamon, birch, poplar buds, propolis, valerian, turmeric and rosin!
- Be careful if you are allergic to St. John's wort and hawthorn!
- Be careful with allergies to peanuts, soy and legumes, possibly also to lupines (as flour in ready-made dough for pizza and rolls)!
- Be careful if you are allergic to paraffin!
- Be careful if you are allergic to the sweetener saccharin (E number E 954) or to sulfonamides!
